No returns or refunds are given.

If your gift has arrived defective or damaged, please email relentless-pt@hotmail.com immediately with a photo of the damaged goods and we will resend your order.

No products will be made without full payment, holding deposits (re:hampers/favours) are non refundable, regardless of change of mind or circumstances. Amount will be agreed upon prior to order being placed.
